Every format of the week serves one purpose: to bring each delegate from listening to deciding.

Made for meeting, not for listening

A summit of this kind is made for meeting, not for listening. A full week gives delegations time to adjust after long flights, time to meet colleagues from other continents between the sessions, and time for every delegation to voice its view before the Declaration is adopted.

The week in Antalya ends as it was built: with a decision taken together, and time to carry it home.
